Same Faces, New Positions: Internal Employee Updates

August 6, 2024, Houston, TX – Chemstations is proud to announce the internal growth of four Chemstations Chemical Engineers.

Alejandra Peralta has transitioned from the Support team to the Sales team and is the first official Chemstations Solutions Engineer. Alejandra, a graduate of the Universidad Rafael Urdaneta with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, joined Chemstations over 18 years ago. In her new role, Alejandra will use her expertise to focus on understanding, communicating, and demonstrating the capabilities of CHEMCAD to prospective customers. As we refine our sales strategy, grow our resources, and increase the number of companies we sell to, we need someone for whom this work is the main responsibility. She will assist the Chemstations Business Development team and Channel Partners to help them guide prospects to understand the value and power of CHEMCAD.

Yurika Díaz Bialowas has transitioned from the Support team and is now Chemstations’ first Customer Success Engineer. A graduate of the University of Calgary, Yuri has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. With over 18 years at Chemstations, Yuri will use her experience to help customers apply CHEMCAD, educate them on features they may be unaware of, and help users get as much value from CHEMCAD as possible. As a leading authority in providing exceptional technical support at Chemstations, Yurika will continue to provide upper-level support and mentoring for the technical support team.

Eric Hubatch has transitioned to the role of Technical Support Manager. Eric is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s in chemical engineering. With over 10 years at Chemstations, Eric is highly knowledgeable in the needs and flow of the Technical Support team, and will ensure that the team continues to provide the highest level of service for our customers. Eric will help us grow the fourth generation of CHEMCAD technical support while refining and formalizing our processes. He’ll be responsible for combining the best of what Technical Support has done in the past with current needs of customers, modern tools, and our continued dedication to help CHEMCAD users. Eric will drive the team forward on the foundations of world-class customer service and satisfaction to further improve the reputation we have in the industry.

Noelle Garza has transitioned from the Sales team to the Marketing team as a Senior Marketing Specialist. Noelle is a University of Texas at Austin graduate with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. With over two years at Chemstations and more than five years of experience in chemical process simulation software, Noelle has a broad understanding of the chemical process simulation industry. She will be a simulation domain expert in the Marketing group and will collaborate closely with all Chemstations departments to help tell the story of CHEMCAD and the value it brings to chemical engineering teams.
